Founded by Mr. Habib Edmond Fadel in 1973,
Mediphar Laboratories is one of the fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturing
industry in the Middle East. Mediphar develops, manufactures and markets
generic and innovative products for both prescription and over the counter
(OTC).
The founder made commitments to himself and to the society to
develop pharmaceutical products of the highest possible quality with a
motivated and qualified team conscious of their mission with respect to current
Good Manufacturing Practices.
At the present time, Mediphar is
investing substantially in facilities, equipment, and most importantly, people.
We are improving our research and development processes to ensure that our
patient gets the maximum benefits of our products.
Mediphar employees share
a common heritage, they are all experienced professionals who are committed to
deliver affordable pharmaceutical products that match or exceed the highest
standards in the industry.
Mediphar objective has always been to
improve quality of life by developing fine pharmaceutical products. Mediphar
aim is not only to meet patients immediate requirements but also and overall to
establish a more dynamic partnership that can identify new needs and therefore
offer improved products.
Mediphar Laboratories has been registered to ISO 9001-2000 by QMI, a Canadian leading international organization.
It was verified during the audit that Mediphar provides products that fulfills customer and applicable requirements as well as the effectiveness and suitability of our Management System.
Mediphar is dedicated to ensure the Safety, Strength, Quality and Purity of its pharmaceutical products through a rigorous, multi-step approval process of high quality and performance.

In order to manufacture products with the highest
possible quality, we are dealing with international suppliers such as Up John
(USA), Roche-Hoffman (Switzerland), Heumann Pharma
(Germany), Cilag AG (Switzerland) and many others…
As our company is
committed to ensure better quality products, we have manufacturing licenses
from many European companies such as Ethypharm (France) and many
others.
Regular inspections are executed in every production process.
Kenneth Bioservices Ltd (UK) audits our plant.
Over the years,
Mediphar has established a solid reputation as a top performing pharmaceutical
manufacturer. This resulted in increasing sales volume, manufacturing capacity,
warehouse distribution facilities and personnel.
Mediphar is now focusing on
the development and marketing of new products leaders in the generic-brand
market in order to satisfy the physician, pharmacist and patient's needs.
Sante Plus is a sister company to Mediphar Laboratories dedicated
to phytotherapy products, nutraceuticals as well as dermocosmetic products.

Contract manufacturing
& Packaging:
Mediphar Laboratories offer contract manufacturing
& packaging in the following areas:
 Solid-Oral forms: Including
tablets, capsules, microgranules and powders. Finished products can be packed
into glass or plastic bottles, and blisters or strips packs. Within its plant,
Mediphar can undertake the following processes: granulation, blending, tablet
compression, incapsulation of pellets and powder, film coating, automated
bottle filling in plastic or glass bottles, blister packing in high quality
customized carton.
Liquid-oral forms: A
variety of liquid products can be manufactured in our modern facility:
suspensions, syrups, drops in glass bottles. High-speed machines are in use
with a high degree of accuracy and precision and Liquid production and filling
is done under HEPA AIR filtration.
Topical forms: Creams,
ointments, gels, lotions, shampoos, nasal solution can be manufactured.
A
number of packaging options are offered; Aluminum or plastic tubes, glass or
plastic bottles and plastic pump dispensers or pots.Production and filling of
topical products is done in sterile control environment; this condition will
ensure a highly protected product from microbial contamination. With the
ongoing packaging contract with international pharmaceutical companies,
Mediphar expertise in this area allow us the opportunity to offer a highly
flexible, cost effective, quality service in a short and punctual delivery
times.
